Paul’s Proclamation
1 Corinthians 2:1-5
When I came to you, brothers, announcing the testimony of God to you, I did not come with brilliance of speech or wisdom. For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. And I was with you in my weakness, in fear, and in much trembling. My speech and my proclamation were not with persuasive words of wisdom, but with a demonstration of the Spirit and power, so that your faith might not be based on men’s wisdom but on God’s power.”

I feel like this verse is telling us that we all should not be afraid to share the love of God in whatever way we have come to know it. I think God can work through all of us in very unique and spectacular way if we only relinquish ourselves to a life of servitude. Paul tells us he did not have clever words or brilliance. Rather, Paul had love for God. He resolved himself to become a man who will share the blessings of God in any way possible. Paul’s way was by showing incredible power in the Spirit.
So, remember to do what you can everyday to live for God. And, do it with the power of the Spirit in your heart.
God bless,
Craig
